IT Developer / Consultant

November 2008 - Present

Developed Test Plans, including Test Cases for over 30 pre-existing MS Access applications of varying complexity for a multi-phased migration project from LAN Network drives to a Citrix server farm, with a team strategy to decrease application risk and provide cost benefits through the use of MS Access Runtime 2003.

Designed and developed new MS Access applications with VBA to support the project. Partnered with Enterprise development team to reverse engineer MS Access applications to translate VBA logic to facilitate re-development in Cobol for 3090 Mainframe environment. Assessed risks to applications so that tools that had been partially integrated into Enterprise systems would function after deployment.

Worked in a team with two other developers to enhance, test and deploy MS Access applications to a Citrix Server Farm running both MS Access 2000 and MS Access 2003. Coordinated testing of tools over multiple domains for applications interfacing with Oracle databases and the 3090 Mainframe.
